Return Policy

Cut-and-Sew Items
We ask that customers carefully review sizing information before placing an order. If you're unsure about sizing, we encourage you to reach out before ordering; we're happy to help.
That said, we understand that sizing and fit can sometimes be unpredictable.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size only on tried-on/unworn items.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (trying the garment on is acceptable).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Replacement items will be sent within 48 hours of receiving the original item. 
This option allows us to help you get the right fit; items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

Returns
  • Returns are not accepted for refunds, except in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Incorrect item received
    • Damage during transit
If one of these applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Final Sale Items
Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start an Exchange or Return
Please get in touch on the website's 'Contact Us' page or at sepulcherofur@gmail.com with the following:
  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange or return
  • Photos (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

Shipping Costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Replacement shipping for approved exchanges will be communicated at the time of approval.
