Made-to-Order Items
All Sepulcher garments are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we ask that customers carefully review sizing information before placing an order. If you're unsure about sizing, we encourage you to reach out before ordering -- we're happy to help.
That said, we understand that sizing and fit can sometimes be unpredictable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size only on unworn items.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Replacement items will be produced once the original item is received
This option allows us to help you get the right fit while continuing to operate as a made-to-order brand.
Returns
Because all items are made to order:
  • Returns are not accepted for refunds, except in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Incorrect item received
    • Damage during transit
If one of these applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Final Sale Items
Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for exchange or approved return:
  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • No odors, stains, or signs of use
  • Original condition required
Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.
Shipping Costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Replacement shipping for approved exchanges will be communicated at the time of approval
